Bart DePury is committed to honoring these rights as required by law. Under the FDBR, Florida residents have the following rights:

Bart DePury does not process sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to deliver the services you have requested, and we will obtain your consent before processing sensitive personal data for any other purpose.
How to Submit a Request: Florida residents may submit requests to exercise their FDBR rights by contacting us at the information provided in Section 15 of this policy. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, with the option to extend by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary with prior notice to you. There is no fee to submit a request; however, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
13. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. At this time, our website does not respond to DNT signals in a standardized way.
