HVAC Service Full-Time Tampa, FL $50,000 - $75,000/year
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential and commercial units
- Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to homeowners
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
