Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with residential and commercial HVAC installations
- Handle equipment, materials, and tools on job sites
- Prepare work areas and clean up after installations
- Learn to read blueprints and installation manuals
- Help with ductwork fabrication and installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
